Nathan Phillips Square
The PSQF is a province-wide showcase for service excellence in government, health care and education. Its objectives are to promote awareness and the use of quality principles and practices, to share ideas and to celebrate successes. All applications to the PSQF are evaluated against the same quality criteria that the National Quality Institute uses for the Canada Awards for Excellence. Submissions are assessed on a range of criteria, including leadership, citizen/client focus, people focus, process management, supplier/partner focus, and organizational performance
Lura was proud to provide process and community consultation services to this project. One of those contributions includes the Community Voices: Perspectives on Nathan Phillips Square's Renewal Report prepared for the City of Toronto.

Lura provided facilitation and stakeholder consultation services as part of the process to develop the Growth Plan between 2004 and 2007.Dave
"We are very proud to have contributed our expertise to this award-winning plan," said Dilks. "This is the first time the Daniel Burnham Award has been presented to a jurisdiction outside the U.S., and the award committee recognized the extensive stakeholder consultation process as part of their decision."
