Sustainability Planning

Lura assists municipalities in developing sustainability plans by engaging residents and businesses in a process to develop a vision for the future.

At Lura, we develop sustainability plan development with the end goal in mind: implementation. By tapping into the knowledge, understanding and dreams of a community, we assist the community to develop its own plan. When the plan is complete, the community has a feeling of pride and ownership in it, and is compelled to make the dream come true. The momentum that is developed in the development of the plan is carried into its implementation.
